Yes. EMS has been used for decades in fitness and rehabilitation. Every session is supervised by a certified trainer, and the intensity is customized to your comfort level.
EMS is NOT recommended for:pregnant or breastfeeding women
individuals with:
Pacemakers or implanted defibrillators
Certain heart conditions
Epilepsy (unless cleared by a physician)
Active cancer (unless medically cleared)
Fever or acute illness
Any condition where your healthcare provider advises against EMS

Most clients can return to EMS after being medically cleared by their healthcare provider and have no known conditions such as severe diastasis recti or pelvic floor prolapse. Every session is customize based on your recovery, fitness level, and personal goals.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled first session. Total first session time is 30 minutes. All other sessions are 20-25 minutes. Your first session includes a brief review of your intake form information, undergarment and EMS suit fitting, and a fully guided Full-body EMS workout on either the mat or reformer tailored to your fitness level.

Specialty EMS undergarment attire will be provided during each session. EMS undergarments are ¾ shirts and ¾ pants that are designed with specific materials to conduct Electrical Muscle Stimulation. Use of EMS undergarments is REQUIRED.
*Underwear and sports bra (for women) must be worn under provided EMS garments.
Changing room and bathroom with amenities are on-site.

Grip socks are REQUIRED for all sessions. Limited inventory available at the studio for purchase, if needed.
Please avoid wearing any lotions, oils, or fragrances during your session.

Bring your own water bottle
Mat, small towels, and other supporting fitness equipment are provided -
Avoid eating a heavy meal up to 1 hour before your session. Always aim to eat a light meal for fuel 1–2 hours before your session.
Drink plenty of water before your session. Good hydration is essential.

Regularly scheduled sessions are 20 minutes. Please plan to arrive 5 minutes prior to scheduled time to allow time for putting on EMS suit and setup other supporting equipment.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior your FIRST session time to review your intake information and suit and undergarment fitting.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session will be considered a “no-show” and your session credit will be forfeited. Out of respect for all clients, appointments always end promptly at their scheduled end time (20 minutes after scheduled start time).

Yes. Sessions can only be booked after purchasing a package.

Sessions must be canceled at least 6 hours before your scheduled session time. Late cancellations will result in the loss of that session credit.

For best results, 1–2 EMS sessions per week. For safety purposes, allow at least 48-hours between each EMS session. Maximum 2 sessions per week.

Many clients notice improved muscle activation after their first session. Visible improvements in strength, muscle tone, and body composition are typically seen within 4–8 weeks of consistent training and proper nutrition.

No. Most people describe it as a strong muscle contraction or tingling sensation. The intensity is adjusted throughout the workout based on your comfort and fitness level.

You may experience muscle soreness similar to a traditional strength workout, especially after your first few sessions.

Absolutely! EMS complements strength training, Pilates, running, cycling, golf, tennis, and most other forms of exercise. Additional intense workouts (i.e. strength training, running, cycling, HIIT, etc.) the same day as your EMS session are not recommended. Please wait at least 12 hours before your next workout.
